Who We Are

Asuka-ROCB

Dear colleagues and friends,

As my secondment to the ROCB A/P office comes to an end, I find myself reflecting on these past two years with immense gratitude. Being part of the ROCB A/P family has been an extraordinary experience, both personally and professionally.

When I first arrived, I was filled with anticipation and excitement about the opportunities and the challenges ahead. Over these two years, I have had the privilege of working with some of the most talented, dedicated, and inspiring individuals, and together we have overcome challenges, accomplished missions, and built memories that I will always treasure.

Part of the journey is the end, and while it is bitter to say goodbye, I am grateful for the lessons I have learned and the friendships built along the way. My time here has deepened my understanding of regional cooperation and the importance of fostering partnerships. It has been a great honor to contribute to the important work of ROCB A/P, and I am humbled to have been part of this mission to support and advance the goal of WCO across the AP region.

As I'm getting prepared to return to Hong Kong, I carry with me invaluable lessons, cherished friendships, and countless memories. I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to my ROCB colleagues for their unwavering support and caring. Your kindness and friendship have made this journey truly special.

Though my tenure here is ending, I hope our paths will cross again in the future. I look forward to witnessing the continued growth and success of ROCB A/P and all the team members. Until then, please do not hesitate to reach out if I can ever be of any assistance.

Wishing you all the very best in your future endeavors.
