Korea Customs Service Young Officials Visit ROCB A/P in Bangkok

As part of the Korea Customs Service's Global Future Talent Program, aimed at fostering the next generation of experts in international cooperation, the ROCB A/P hosted a study visit by nine officials from Korea Customs. This program seeks to provide young internal officials with valuable insights into international cooperation.

Mr. Jun TAJIMA, Head of ROCB A/P, along with Mr. Jaemin Cho, Program Manager, extended a warm welcome to the officials, who were accompanied by Mr. Shin-young Kim, Deputy Director, and Mr. In-sung Choi, Program Coordinator of the Global Future Talent Program. Mr. TAJIMA expressed his gratitude for the visit and highlighted the importance of Korea Customs Service’s support in cultivating the next generation of professionals.

During the meeting, Mr. Jaemin Cho introduced ROCB A/P, provided an overview of the WCO, and outlined the key roles of WCO in international affairs. He also shared insights into the primary roles, responsibilities, and notable achievements of the ROCB A/P.

The visiting officials expressed their appreciation for the opportunity, describing the visit as an invaluable chance to gain a deeper understanding of the WCO and to learn more about the activities of the ROCB A/P, a leading international organization in the field of the Capacity Building.
